Zukit Terms and Disclaimer

These Terms and Disclaimer (“Terms”) apply to your use of the Zukit mobile application
(“Zukit,” “the App,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) on iOS, Android, and any other supported
platform.

1. General Information Only

Zukit is a general-purpose reference and convenience tool. The App may include
calculators, conversions, statistics tools, finance-related tools, digital tools,
randomization tools, timers, sensor-based tools, and other utilities.

Zukit is provided for informational, educational, and convenience purposes only.

2. No Professional Advice

Zukit does not provide financial, medical, legal, engineering, tax, academic, safety, or
other professional advice.

Any results, calculations, conversions, estimates, formulas, graphs, statistics, or
outputs generated by the App are not a substitute for professional judgment, expert
advice, or independent verification.

You should consult a qualified professional before relying on any App result for
financial, medical, legal, engineering, academic, safety-related, or other important
decisions.

3. Accuracy of Results

We aim to provide useful tools, but we do not guarantee that any result generated by
Zukit is accurate, complete, current, reliable, or suitable for your specific purpose.

Results may be incorrect or incomplete due to many factors, including user input errors,
formula limitations, rounding, assumptions, outdated data, software errors, device
issues, sensor inaccuracies, display issues, or other limitations.

You are solely responsible for verifying all results before relying on them.

4. Use at Your Own Risk

You use Zukit at your own risk.

We are not responsible for any decisions, actions, losses, damages, costs, injuries,
claims, or consequences arising from or related to your use of the App, your inability
to use the App, or your reliance on any calculation, conversion, estimate, statistic,
graph, output, or other App result.

5. Financial and Currency Tools

Zukit may include finance-related tools, such as tip calculators, discount calculators,
loan calculators, cash-back calculators, currency conversion tools, or similar features.

These tools are for general reference only and do not provide financial, investment,
tax, lending, accounting, or professional advice.

Currency rates, interest assumptions, tax assumptions, fees, and other financial inputs
may be incomplete, outdated, estimated, manually entered, or based on simplified
assumptions. Always verify financial results with a reliable source or qualified
professional.

6. Health, Fitness, and Statistical Tools

Zukit may include tools such as BMI calculators, statistics calculators, probability
calculators, confidence interval tools, or similar features.

These tools are for general reference only and do not provide medical, health,
academic, research, or professional advice.

Do not use Zukit as a substitute for a doctor, medical professional, professor,
researcher, statistician, or other qualified expert.

7. Sensor-Based and Device-Based Tools

Zukit may include tools that use device sensors or device capabilities, such as a
leveler, timer, randomizer, sound meter, location-based utility, or other tools.

Device sensor readings may be affected by calibration, hardware limitations,
environmental conditions, device placement, permissions, software behavior, or other
factors.

Do not rely on Zukit for safety-critical, construction, engineering, navigation,
emergency, medical, industrial, or professional measurement purposes.

8. Third-Party Services

Zukit may use third-party services, including app store payment systems, advertising
services, analytics or diagnostic services, or other platform services.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not
responsible for third-party services, content, ads, purchases, refunds, availability,
accuracy, security, or behavior.

9. In-App Purchases

Zukit may offer optional paid features, subscriptions, or Pro upgrades through Apple App
Store, Google Play, or other supported app store payment systems.

Payments, refunds, subscriptions, cancellations, and purchase processing are handled by
the applicable app store provider. We do not control app store payment processing,
subscription management, cancellation timing, or refund decisions.

10. Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Zukit at any time, including
tools, features, calculations, ads, Pro features, or platform support.

We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or
compatible with every device, operating system version, or platform.

11. No Warranties

Zukit is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied,
including warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, merchantability, fitness
for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zukit, its owners, developers, affiliates, and
service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special,
consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, data,
business, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from or related to your use of
the App.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of these
limitations may not apply to you.

13. User Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Entering accurate information into the App.
• Understanding the limitations of the tools.
• Verifying results independently.
• Using appropriate professional advice when needed.
• Complying with applicable laws and regulations.
• Using the App safely and responsibly.

14. Relationship to Privacy Policy

Your use of Zukit is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains
how information may be collected, used, stored, and shared when you use the App.

Your continued use of Zukit after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
